Product Description

Details

Like every Ridgeback, the Comet is designed in the UK for UK conditions. As well as being Shimano's importers, Madison also bring Finish Line lube into this country, and as far as we know, Ridgeback are the only company who pack every headset bearing on all their bikes with Finish Line Teflon Grease. That's significant because Finish Line Teflon outlasts standard bearing grease 3-fold.

Upgrades from Ridgeback Speed

  • A lighter weight aluminium frame is always going to be more of a pleasure to ride - especially uphill when gravity takes its toll. A more deluxe transmission with a Shimano chainset and better quality
  • Shimano Altus/T301 gears.
