New Bicycle Shop At Stockbridge, Edinburgh | Bike Coop

We are delighted to celebrate the launch of our third bike shop in Edinburgh.

Opened on Hamilton Place in Stockbridge, our new Giant Store Edinburgh is the sixth shop for Edinburgh Bike Coop and will exclusively stock Giant, Liv, and Momentum bike brands including Liv & Giant electric bikes. Aside from bicycles, we stock a range of Giant/Liv clothing, accessories, and components on site.

As the largest bike brand in the world, Giant is known for their high-quality road, mountain, gravel, electric, hybrid and kids' bikes, while their brand Liv puts women first in every aspect of their design. Additionally, their new electric bikes brand, Momentum, is all about commuting in style and enjoying the great outdoors. As one of the top brands you can be assured of finding your perfect bike at an excellent price.

Like all of our stores, customers have access to the same great service and good advice as well as having the opportunity to test ride their bike, select from in-store collection or home delivery, and they will receive a free 6-week and 12-month post-purchase bike service. We also have a full in-store service and repair workshop to look after and maintain all your trusty bikes from many cycling disciplines. So, you can rest assured that you are in good hands!

Since our founding as a single shop in 1977, we, the Edinburgh Bike Coop's belief has always been in a fairer way of doing business. As an employee-owned cooperative, all members have a say in how the business is run and an equal share in the profits, which makes the Bike Coop a great place to be! 45 years on, we have expanded to six shops across Scotland and Northern England, including Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Newcastle, and Leeds, but the founding principles remain the same; trust, service, backup & support.

Our Giant Edinburgh Store had it's official launch weekend on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th February 2023 where we were delighted to see how many people cam along to meet the friendly and knowledgeable team, explore the new shop, and enjoy lots of interactive activities and exclusive offers, including test rides, competitions, free bike safety checks, and more for all levels of cyclists. It was a great experience for all of us in attendance also.

The Giant Edinburgh Store is open 7 days a week, from 9am to 6pm midweek and 10am to 6pm at weekends.
