With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
Changed your mind or something not quite right? We offer hassle-free returns within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging and you have proof of purchase (a few exclusions apply, like food, underwear and books). Everything we sell carries a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults. Bring items back to any of our stores or post them to our Online Department using our returns form — get in touch on 0345 257 0808 or enquiries@edinburghbicycle.com to arrange it. This is on top of your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act and Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Set your littlest riders on the path to two-wheeled freedom with the all-new Mio 2 helmet.
Through an exclusive partnership with KTH Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and Mips, Specialized shared the helmet’s CAD designs and studied the malleable skulls of young children with Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Because toddler-aged children’s heads are softer and still growing, using low density foam—and more of it—was the outcome of this partnership. Coming out of the KTH and Mips partnership, the Mio 2 increased the amount of low density foam inside by 16.5%, only growing the overall size of the helmet by 2.5%. Lower density foam is softer and helps increase energy management inside the helmet.
The Mio 2 features specific toddler oriented sizing and the SX headset fit system, to help it stay properly fitted and comfortable, whenever it is worn. The easy-to-use Tri-Fix web splitter makes getting a fuss-free fit incredibly simple, all adding up to a helmet they’ll beg to wear. Even with more foam, the Mio 2 still maintains a light weight without obstructing the view, ensuring your littlest riders can move freely and eye up their next obstacle.
