Why the product is recalled

There is the potential for the fork steerer tube fracture

What Do you Need to Do?

1. Check your fork serial number
   a. Unaffected Bikes: Bikes with a serial number in which the third character is E or F are not affected and require no action.
   b. Affected Bikes: Bikes with a serial number in which the third character is H, J or K must have their forks replaced.
   c. Bikes Requiring Further Inspection: Bikes with a serial number in which the third character is G require additional visual inspection to determine fork status.
2. If your Vida E+ is an effected bike , or a bike which requires further inspection, you should immediately stop riding and bring the bike to an authorised Giant dealer for a free inspection and, if necessary, free replacement of the front fork.
