- You can redeem the gift voucher by mail order, just call 0345 257 0808 (or 0131 331 5010) with your voucher code and order details.
- Unlike some companies, we don't charge extra for gift vouchers - a £20 gift voucher costs £20.
- For mail order purposes, gift vouchers are 'accessories'. If you order a gift voucher, there is a service charge for sending it out registered delivery. However, if your order including the gift voucher comes to £20 or more, our free weekly delivery to any UK address service kicks in.
