The Merida eOne-Forty 675 EQ electric bike is a full-suspension eMTB that comes kitted out for daily use straight from the box.
Lights, mudguards, and a rack are all fitted as standard, so you can ride trails at the weekend and commute on Monday without swapping anything.
The frame is Merida's durable LITE aluminium with 143mm of rear wheel travel from a RockShox Deluxe shock, paired with a Suntour Aion fork giving 150mm up front. The geometry and suspension platform are borrowed from Merida's award-winning trail and enduro range, so this thing handles proper off-road riding rather than being a commuter with token suspension bolted on.
Power comes from Shimano's EP801 motor, smooth and responsive with enough punch for steep climbs loaded with kit. The 750Wh battery is user-removable and gives a big assisted range on a single charge. If that's not enough, there's an optional 360Wh range extender for longer days out.
The Merida eOne-Forty 675 EQ trail bike runs full 29" wheels as standard, with the option to go mixed-size 'mullet' if you prefer a 27.5" rear for quicker handling. The SRAM NX Eagle 12-speed drivetrain gives you a wide gear range without fuss.
This Merida eOne-Forty 675 in Dark Red/Black looks smart without being flashy, the kind of finish that hides trail grime well between washes.
