Ridgeback Day 0 '02

Product Description

Details

The new Ridgeback Genesis merges an MTB cockpit onto a road racing frame, so this is a perfect bike if you like to ride fast but you're not a fan of drop bars.

  • Lightweight double butted CrMo frame and straight-blade aero fork.
  • Fast, hard-wearing Maxxis 700 x 23 tyres with good cornering grip.
  • Shimano Rapidfire Plus shifters - even slicker than EZ Fire and more burly too.
  • Tektro Dual Pivot brakes with Shimano levers work so well, they shouldn't really be considered a downgrade from Shimano brakes.
  • Higher geared (12-25 cogs) than any hybrid, but with a third 'granny' bail-out ring for when the hills get tough.
  • Mudguard compatible.
