TARA means Travel And Ride-Height Adjustment - ie you can adjust the rear suspension travel together with the frame geometry and the bump characteristics of the the damper, simply by releasing a quick release lever and altering the position of the rear shock.
For long smooth climbs, you would probably want to ride in the 4" travel setting; for general trail blazing, you might want 5", for loose technical climbs and for blasting downhill, switch it to 6". As the travel gets longer, the geometry gets more relaxed.
This means you can fine tune the Wolf Ridge to suit the trail ahead in no more time than it takes to adjust the saddle height.
