When you place your order, our website will offer accurate timescales for delivery depending on the location of the product. This could be in our warehouse, in one of our stores, or with the supplier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\nGreatly Improved Search Function<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Our previous system’s search function was not up to scratch, unfortunately. Our new website has addressed this and you are now able to quickly navigate to the product you are looking for using the search bar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\nSearch by Cycling Brand<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Another website navigation improvement is the ability to search by cycling brand. If you have a particular favourite brand, this can be a useful way to show all of the latest products from a company. Do you have a question about compatibility, size, weight, or whether the product is best for your needs? You are now able to ask questions about any of the products on our website.
This will be answered by one of our experienced team – just as if you are speaking to a colleague in-store. These questions are monitored every day, Monday to Friday so you can be sure of a quick response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\nImproved ‘Click and Collect” Service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
We have made ‘Click and Collect’ much easier by presenting this as a convenient option at checkout. This is particularly useful for bicycles – you get the convenience of ordering online but with the benefit of having the bike fully assembled in store. Of course, you can also order items such as clothing, components, and accessories to be ordered to any of our stores.
For any of our products on the website, you can choose to collect in Aberdeen<\/a>, Edinburgh (Bruntsfield)<\/a>, Edinburgh (Canonmills)<\/a>, Edinburgh (Giant Store<\/a>), Giant Store Stirling<\/a>, or Newcastle<\/a>.
