This is a hands-on Store Manager role for someone who knows what a great bike shop looks like and takes pride in running one. You\u2019ll lead from the front on the shop floor, develop a knowledgeable team, and take full ownership of the store\u2019s performance, culture, and reputation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE ROLE<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As Store Manager, you\u2019ll be responsible for the day-to-day success of our store. You\u2019ll balance commercial performance with exceptional customer experiences, ensuring the shop remains a destination for cyclists of all levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

This is not a back-office role. You\u2019ll be actively selling, coaching, problem-solving, and setting the standard every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sales & Customer Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering high-quality, consultative sales<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Coach and develop the team\u2019s product knowledge, sales skills, and confidence<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and reputation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Set the energy, pace, and tone of the store, especially during busy periods<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Store Operations & Standards<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Take full ownership of daily store operations, routines, and standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Maintain exceptional presentation: merchandising, cleanliness, and stock availability<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Confident use of EPOS and basic retail systems<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Oversee stock control, accuracy, and replenishment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Workshop Oversight<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Work closely with the workshop team to keep jobs flowing efficiently<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Ensure clear communication with customers on service timelines<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Maintain a high standard of handovers and aftersales experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
