IT Support & Developer


Full Time, Permanent Role

Salary in the range of £20,500 – £23,500 per annum

We are looking for an IT Support/Developer to join our IT department based within our Head Office just outside Dalmeny, South Queensferry.

About the role

You will report to the Sales Director/Deputy Managing Director and you will work closely with the Senior IT Developer.

Your key responsibilities will be to handle internal technical support and support the existing IT infrastructure, as well as having a significant input to new system development.

About you

You should have experience of working on Mac computers and ideally you’ll have a broad range of technical know-how, including web development.

You must be adaptable and a first class problem solver – you’ll also be naturally ambitious to drive forward ideas, and improve IT in our business.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and bike-passionate person to become part of our mechanics team.

You must have bicycle mechanic experience (ideally everything from road to bmx) and you should be used to working to tight deadlines in a bike shop. A Cytech (or equivalent) qualification would help but is not essential.

Most importantly, you’ll be confident of your ability to show first-class mechanical skill and accuracy in a busy work environment.
