Free Basic Bike Maintenance Mini-Workshops

For so many people, having a puncture or gears that have become clunky means that they’re unable to cycle, and they don’t have the knowledge or the confidence to fix it themselves. We want to help everyone get out on their bikes as much as possible, so we’re going to show you how easy it is to do it all yourself. Knowing how to fix a chain or a puncture also means you won’t have to walk the rest of the way home or shell out for a taxi when you’re caught off-guard when out and about.

Just completed a free basic maintenance course at your Newcastle store today and just want to say thank you to Karl. Very informal and friendly but most of all, informative, some great tips from Karl on how to keep your bike running smooth and hopefully trouble free.
Would definitely do other courses if and when available and would like to attend the basic bike fit/cleats that Karl mentioned may be held in the near future.
    Thanks again.

Thanks Gary, we’re really happy you enjoyed it! I’ve passed your kind words on to Karl. We will be running a pedals and cleats workshop in the near future, keep your eye on the newsletter 🙂
