Product Description

Exposure Maxx-D MK10 SYNC

This is a Exposure's superbright 2,500-plus lumen bicycle front light optimised for mountain bike night rides upgraded with SYNC Bluetooth for bespoke run times.

Alternatively, it can be turned down for long burntime nocturnal rides on the open road.

SYNC is the latest Exposure technology, using a Bluetooth controlled App to create bespoke burn times and output with remote switch control, it allows the rider to have simultaneous command of both helmet and handlebar lights to give the ultimate smart operation.

Awesome Output
2,500 lumens which is automatically boosted to 3,300 lumens on Reflex mode when required.

Reflex Technology
The Exposure Maxx-D MK10 senses gradient, acceleration and cornering forces and automatically adjusts the output to your light requirement while maintaining the burntime you have selected. Reflex technology also reduces output when you're stationary to save power, then returns to full brightness the second you start moving again.

Battery Power
The lamps 11,600 mAh rechargeable battery is one exceptional fuel tank that offers variable burn times from 2 hours at 2,500 lumens to 36 hours at a healthy 130 lumens, making the Maxx-D highly recommended for 12 or 24 hour enduro events. For all that power, the battery is self-contained inside the lamp's case. The battery is fit for around 1,000 charges after which the light can be returned to Exposure's Sussex HQ to get the battery replaced at a reasonable price.

Smart Port Technology Plus
This port makes is possible to power, say, an Exposure rear light from the Maxx-D. What's more Exposure also produce mini and micro USB Boost cables that would enable you to power your Garmin or iPhone from the light. These Boost cables are optional extras.

Optimised Mode Selector
OMS makes it easy to select how long a burn time you need for the ride and adjusts the power output to that level. OMS therefore helps ensure an optimal balance of run time and output. When you're actually using the light, an LED display on the back of the light updates itself to give you a continual countdown of remaining burn time.

Status Display
The new OLED panel gives programme and mode information before switching to a burntime countdown. When charging, the OSD displays the percentage of stored energy left in the battery cells.

Capacitive on/off mode switch
The highly sensitive stainless steel button on the back of the lamp makes it easy to switch modes - even with gloved hands - without having to take your eyes off the trail ahead.

Fuel Gauge
The fuel gauge changes colour from green to amber to red to further alert you of the battery's charge status.

USB cable or smart charger rechargeable
Supplied with 2.8A smart charger and USB cable charger. Charge time with smart charger: 9 hours.

Hand machined in the UK
Everything about this lamp exudes Exposure's trademark build quality. The stainless steel button on the back of the light makes it easy to select the required light output. Even its hinged, machined alloy handlebar bracket is a thing of beauty. You can tell by the fact that this is the ninth generation version of this lamp that the Maxx-D is one highly evolved bicycle light.

Intelligent Thermal Management
Patented circuitry protects the 4 LEDs from overheating so neither the lamp's output nor its longevity is compromised.

Compact and lightweight
115mm long by up to 54mm diameter,Exposure tell us this heavy duty light weighs just 310g.

A decade at the forefront of trail riding and the legendary MaXx D is still The Daddy. Superlative illumination from its distinctive lens creates a wide flood so you can vanquish the trail, be it technical singletrack or your local loop. Boosting up to 3300 lumens with the innovative Reflex+ Technology the MaXx D has come of age making sure that no root, rut and rock will be a bolt from the blue.

Remember to dip or dim your light when appropriate
The development of bicycle lights of this quality, which enable us to ride safer and with more self confidence after dark, is mostly a wonderful thing.

Be aware that blinding fellow road/path/trail users makes nobody happier or safer, so please be a good cycling ambassador and dip or dim your high power lights whenever it's appropriate.

Happily, just about every front lamp we currently sell can be literally dipped on the fly by lightly pushing the front down so the the beam is directed downwards.
