    Specialized Tricross Sport 27

'Wide range 9-speed gearing extends the capability of the Tricross Sport while Shimano components ensure crisp, reliable shifting.'
    Specialized.

    Upgrades over standard Specialized Tricross

    • The Shimano Tiagra shifters / front mech and the Shimano LX rear mech deliver a 27-speed gear selection that is that bit crisper than Shimano's budget 2300 road group.
    • The 11-32 nine-speed cassette offers a much wider spread of gears than the standard models' 13-26 cassette.
    • 27-speed deluxe transmission.
    Same as standard Specialized Tricross

This is a drop bar road bike fit for rougher roads.

The lightweight double butted alloy frame offers road bike-like performance. Its Specialized Borough CX Sport 700x32c tyres and its mudguard clearance offer touring/hybrid bike versatility. The ‘flattened’ top tube and internal cable routing facilitates shouldering the bike. The (not as pictured) plain black FACT carbon fork lightens the front end while making it more compliant. Almost as fast as a road bike yet fit for light off-road duties, the Tricross epitomises the modern cross bike.

'Almost as fast as a pure road bike and nearly as capable as many mountain bikes, the Tricross lives in the zone where fun and practicality overlap.'
    Specialized.

    Ask a question
    Q. Can you fit a rack on the back for touring?
    A. Yes, the entire Tricross range has always been designed with a degree of compatibility in mind so there should be scope to fit a rack and potentially even full wrap-around mudguards if you choose!
    Q. Is the Specialised tricross 27 11 priced at £699 available at that price on the cycle to work scheme?
    A. The Specialized Tricross Sport 27 would be available at the discounted price on our own bike to work scheme. If your employer uses Cyclescheme then the bike would be at the normal price of £999.99. Unfortunately we cannot offer discounted prices on Cyclescheme bikes due the administration costs involved.
