Specialized Expedition Sport Low Entry

Specialized’s tall-in-the-saddle option is more comfortable by design. Specialized's design brief for the Expedition Sport was to create a more upright, more stable and, for many people, a more comfortable bike.

  • 'Low Entry' refers to this bike's open frame whose low top tube makes it exceptionally easy to step on and off this bike.
  • Lightweight aluminium Body Geometry frame with relaxed head angle, low top tube and low bottom bracket makes the bike light, manageable and stable. The low bottom bracket, for instance, makes it easier to dab a toe when you stop.
  • The long head tube makes the handlebars higher. For most riders this design helps reduce or alleviate strain on wrists and back, and pressure from the saddle.
  • Riser bars are fitted to an adjustable rise stem, making it even easier to get your riding position just right.
  • 50mm-travel suspension forks soak up the few bumps that Specialized's Hemisphere 26x1.95” tyres don't.
  • Flak Jacket Aramid sub tread makes these tyres among the most puncture resistant you can get.
  • With its medically-proven Body Geometry grips and Super Comfort Plus web-sprung saddle on a suspension seatpost, you're made aware of this bike's comfort from the outset.
