Q. Hi, my crossroads ex tyres are showing major signs of cracking (mainly around base of tread) but are under a year old and are used for about 3miles of cycling daily. Is this a known issue with this tyre?
A. We are not aware of a specific issue with the Crossroads EX tyre. Specialized components do come with a one-year warranty from manufacturing defects and we would be happy to inspect your tyres if you bring them into your local shop. Alternatively you can post them back to us.
