Specialized BG Tahoe Shoe
Built on a women's last, the Specialized BG Tahoe is lower profile at the front and has a narrower heel than the guy's equivalent. With its MTB tyre-derived grippy rubber sole, the Tahoe is a light hiking / biking shoe made especially fit for riding, thanks to its cycle-specific BG (Body Geometry) orthotic footbed.
- The TrailTraction rubber sole is stiff at the pedal zone for cycling, flexible at the toes for walking.
- This lugged light-hiking-style sole makes these shoes excellent for light hiking sections.
- The extra-cushioned BG Plush footbeds make the BG Tahoes very comfortable to walk in.
- Real suede leather uppers with vented mesh panels.
- Compatible with SPD and similar 2-bolt pedal cleats.
- The shoes come fitted with a cleat hole cover which you need never remove if you prefer to ride with non-cleated regular pedals.
- It only takes a minute to remove this cleat hole cover with a stanley blade.
- The soles measure 3.0 on the Specialized stiffness scale
- A top strap keeps the laces safely out of the chainrings.
