Shimano Shoe Plate Kit Dura Ace Self Aligning SH91
This is the SPD-R cleat with inbuilt 'float' - ie rather than fixing the shoe to one position on the pedal, float' allows for the foot's subtle, near-imperceptible rotation every pedal stroke.
The cleats come with 'pontoons' - little built up platforms that allow you to walk in your racing shoes without clomping on the cleats.
