- The opposed 2-piston design equalises pad contact on each side of the rotor for optimal braking power and pad longevity.
- The Shimano Servo Wave lever is shaped so it only requires the lightest touch of the lever to apply the brake.
- The lever is reach adjustable so it can be fine-tuned to fit any hand, large or small.
- The hinged clamp means you don't have to remove the grips to fit the lever to the bars.
- Shimano spec mineral oil brake fluid for all their hydraulic brakes because it's non-corrosive so it is easier and safer to handle.
- Supplied with spare olives should you need to cut the supplied 1 metre-long hoses.
- Supplied with quiet muti-use resin pads.
- The BR-M596 calliper will also take longer-lasting sintered pads.
