Ask a question
Q. Would this be suitable for use with older 7 speed sora shifters?
A. The RD2400 rear derailleur would work with a 7 speed drivetrain using Sora shifters.
Q. I want to replace my shimano RD2200 rear mech. I have a 52/42/30 front chainset and an 8 spd 12-25 cassette. Will this work ok? The front chainset is an A type. I'm confused whether the max front difference is OK. I read on the Shimano site that it can only be 20T max. I have a 22T difference. Thanks.
A. The Shimano Claris RD2400 rear derailleur we have in stock if the GS model. This is the medium cage rear derailleur designed to work with triple set ups. It would be suitable for your current drivetrain.
