Shimano ATB SPD Pedals PDM520
Once youve tried clipless pedals theres no going back. For some people, especially novice riders, the idea of being attached to the pedals is quiet scary. However clipless pedals are far easier to get along with than toe clips and make a big difference to the whole efficiency of your pedalling stroke. Not only that but those rutted trails, which can cause disastrous moments of feet flying off pedals, are no longer a problem.

I've been using these on my commute bike and mountain bike for a while now and both sets are still running smooth. Clipping in and out is easy and spring tension can be adjusted to suit rider preferences. If you're doing a lot of miles it may be worth considering an XT pedal or similar. I find that after a while these feel a bit vague whereas the XT's give me a slightly more stable platform. |

Good value pedals work well and look good. I use them on all my bikes. |
