The Revolution Glider is our best value trailer bike. A trailer bike is an ingenious add-on that turns your adult bike into a child-toting tandem. This means that your wee one can pedal along with you. Or freewheel and leave you to pedal. Hence the name, Glider.

Once the hitch kit is bolted to your seatpost, you can attach or remove the Glider in seconds. We also sell spare hitch kits. Fitting the hitch kit to a second bike makes it faster and easier to swap the Glider between 'parent bikes'.

The Glider’s swing arm is hinged so it can be folded small. This means that it takes up less room for storage or car boot transit.

• The hitch, where it clamps to your bike's seatpost, is solid and secure.
• Supplied with 4 aluminium shims to ensure the clamp fits near-any diameter of seatpost.
• The swingarm folds in the middle to make it more compact for storage or transit.
• When folded, the swingarm snugs into a purpose-made bracket welded under the bottom bracket.
• Familiar QR (quick release) mechanisms on seatpost, mounting hitch, and folding mechanism make for easy attachment and adjustments.
• 20x2.125" cushy but semi-smooth Kenda tyre takes a standard Schraeder BMX inner tube - good spares availability.
• Alloy wheel rim.
• Chainguard keeps trousers clean and prevent them getting caught it the chain.
