The Performance Pad is a deluxe seamless synthetic chamois where the thickness graduates from 2mm thick where you want minimal bulk to 8mm thick for maximum sit bone cushioning. The Protective Performance Pad is faced with Meryl Skinlife which is moisture wicking, antibacterial and feels good against the skin.

Protective love to name their lines after places where that garment might be particularly appropriate, hence this superbly cut pair of 3/4's inspired by the gorgeous Tuscan island, best known by Brits as the place where Napoleon was exiled. Imagine if the bicycle had been around in 1814. Boney might have been happy spending the rest of his days pedalling round Elba, presumably in a dapper pair of 3/4 knee breeches, and might have avoided Waterloo.
