Park PW-3 Pedal Wrench

Park's PW-3 workshop-quality Cro-Moly steel pedal spanner was made to last.

  • This wrench has a 15mm jaws on one side, 9/16 inch on the other.
  • These jaws are narrower than you'll find on a conventional 15mm spanner, so there's room to slip the PW-3 wrench into the narrow space, taken up by the pedal flats, between the pedal body and the cranks.
  • The long 32cm / 12.5 inch handle offers the leverage required to secure pedal and remove them.
  • (Be sure to grease the threads of any pedal you fit so you will be able to remove it in years to come.)
  • The PW-3 Wrench's handle is vinyl-dipped to make this spanner more comfortable to handle.
  • The 15mm wrench fits the majority of pedals.
  • The 9/16 inch wrench fits some pedals on older bikes with one-piece cranks.

The PW3 weighs in at 337grams and its heft can be felt in the hand. It really feels well made and do the job it did, removing with ease rusted up pedals that had not been removed from my hybrid bike for over 6 years. The length provides good leverage whilst the cromoly metal and the dipped vinyl has a utilitarian look and feel. This experience has been a Park Tool conversion.
