    Q. Your review suggests you use this stand with the back wheel, have you tried this? I have used these stands for five years, still going strong, but the bike is much more stable and not able to fall if you insert the front wheel not the back. Also users need to stick on rubber/felt pads to the base if used on anything other than a carpet as the hard plastic will slide and the bike will fall over.
    A. We have tried it both ways and have found that it is more stable with the rear wheel, however the environment in which it is used may affect this. It is a very versatile product that can be adapted to the users needs. It is a very good suggestion to prevent the feet slipping.
    Q. With regard to bike storage - do you have something that can be secured to the wall or ground for external secure storage (in the basement at my work)
    A. Thanks for your question. The only products that I can really think to suggest is the Gear Up Off the Wall 1 Bike Vertical Rack or the Revolution Storage Folding Wall Mount. Both of these would allow you to mount your bicycle on the wall, however I don't think there's any way you can really secure the bike to these, enough so that you'd feel comfortable leaving it in a public place. It sounds like you're after some kind of ground anchor, the likes of which we unfortunately don't sell. The only thing I can think to suggest is looking at Oxford products and their Ground Anchor. Whilst we do sell this brand, unfortunately the item you're looking for is a motorbike specific one. This might be a bit bulky but it's unfortunately the only thing I can think that would allow you to secure your bike in a public place.
    Q. Does the stand come with rubber feet, I need to use it indoors on a wooden laminate floor and don't want to mark or damage it.
    A. Thanks for your question. The feet aren't actually rubber on this. The whole structure including it's feet are made from plastic, so we'd like to hope this wouldn't pose a risk to your floor!
