This is the Cervélo S3 Ultegraupgraded with Shimano Di2 electronic gear shifting and a Mavic wheel system comprising the Cosmic Elite wheelset and Mavic Yksion Comp tyres.

Practically the whole pro peloton adopted electronic shifting in 2011, and has never looked back. It's clear that electronic gear shifting has become the new standard for better quality road racing bikes.
Replacing traditional gear wires with an electric cable eliminates poor shifting caused by corrosion and stretching, and guarantees effortless gear shifts - just as good hydraulic (cable-free) brakes revolutionised mountain bike braking performance (and is now becoming more and more common on better quality hybrids and road bikes too).
Changing gear with fingertip-actuated Ultegra electronic shift buttons is easier, faster and more accurate than you ever experienced before with ‘acoustic shifters’. As Shimano eloquently put it, ‘just a light touch, as soft as a mouse click, is sufficient for the front or rear derailleur to instantaneously select the correct gear’.
With additional benefits such as simple adjustment at the press of a button, automatic ‘trim’ to prevent front derailleur rub and a lightweight Li-Ion battery offering 1,000+ kilometre run time per fast charge, Shimano Ultegra Di2 represents the future of road cycling.
