The Brooks Flyer is like a sprung version of Brooks famous B17 saddle. This Select version has an extra tough, organic leather top, beautified with hand-hammered copper rivets.
'The Flyer and its ladies model Flyer S are classically sprung saddles for long distance trekking and touring. It is directly descended from the B66 Champion, first featured in the 1927 catalogue. Sharing the same leather tops of the B17 models, they combine the comfort of these popular models with the extra suspension granted by two rear springs. 810g.'

Brooks always make great products, 150 years have proved this. Beautiful leather and copper rivets make this a special seat. First time I have had a sprung saddle, but for commuting on a converted Fixie it is a joy of comfort. This comes with a rain cover, a small tin of proof-ride and an adjusting spanner for the stretch (never used one yet). It is comfy and beautiful and looks like a.................Brooks. |
