Brompton Eazy Wheel Set
Eazy Wheels can be fitted to a Brompton rear rack or you can use them to replace the original rollers fitted behind the Brompton frame's seat stays.
Once fitted, Eazy Wheels make it much easier to pull a folded or partly folded Brompton along, say, a station platform.
- Eazy Wheels are larger in diameter than the Brompton's original rollers, they have rubber tyres and they roll on sealed ball bearings.
- Once fitted, Eazy Wheels allow the bicycle to be rolled along easily when fully or partly folded.
- The bicycle can be rolled using the raised handlebar as a handle (there is no need to clamp it), or else by pushing on the raised saddle.
- Eazy Wheels work best on bikes fitted with a rear Brompton rack.
- The Brompton Eazy Wheel Set includes a rubber bung that fits into the bottom of the seat post, thus protecting it from damage.
- This bung acts as a parking brake when the seat is pushed fully down and prevents the bicycle rolling in transit.
