Q. Hi Regarding the 'Belter' the ratio of 55/22 makes it seem a bit 'spinny' or is there an X factor I am missing in the calculation because of the belt ??

A. With belt drive the numbers do not translate to work out gear ratio in the same way as you would for a chain drivetrain. The 55/22 belt drive system on the Belter is designed to be geared as standard as closely as possible to the gear found on the Revolution Track (42/16). This works out to around 69" gear.

Q. Is the Rev Belter single speed only or can it be fixed?

A. The Revolution Belter runs a standard wheel with a belt drive conversion kit meaning that it will not be possible to run fixed with the current set up. We have heard that a wheel rebuilt around the Halo Fix-G Track Hub would allow for this but to date we have not carried out this alteration.
