The Abus Expedition Padlock's body is encapsulated to help protect it against the ravages of all-weather use.
- 8mm diameter hardened steel shackle.
- Keyway cover helps prevent ingress of dirt and water.
- The shackle is secured on both sides.
- This makes it more pry-proof than some padlocks where only one side of the shackle is secured inside the lock body
