Christmas Gifts Under a Tenner
You don't have to spend a fortune to bag an original gift from Edinburgh Bicycle Co-op. |
Bike Scotland Trails Guide £6.99

|
A mere £6.99 buys you Bike Scotland Trails Guide subtitled '40 of the best mountain bike routes in Scotland' by Richard Moore and Andy McCandlish. Beautifully produced by Pocket Mountains (the best book business in Bo'ness) this (96-)page turner just got a 9/10 rave review in the January 2007 edition of MBR magazine. 'At last someone's written a full-on, dedicated MTB guide to the most mountainous corner of the isles; and with the pedigree of these 2 authors, you know these are going to be routes worth going out and doing as soon as possible.... £6.99 for a selection of the very best trails in the UK.' |

# 2 Edinburgh Bicycle Class Events Gift Voucher
Alternatively you can buy an Edinburgh Bicycle Class Events Gift Voucher. This voucher purchases your pal a place on one of our classes or supported rides. If you know someone who loves riding off road, but is hopeless at bunny hopping, our all-day trail skills class at Glentress will set him or her up for life. If the cyclist in your life is up for a challenge, our Class Events Gift Voucher will purchase a place on our century 100-mile ride in the Perthshire Highlands for which we have already scheduled a date: Saturday 2 June 2006 (leaving from Edinburgh). Or if you know someone who thinks it's a good idea to tighten a track nut with a pair of pliers, he or she is an obvious candidate for one of our Bicycle Maintenance Classes.
Talking of Bicycle Maintenance Classes, we have booked the following dates to our Newcastle shop diary:
- Saturday 13 January 2007,
- Saturday 27 January 2007,
- Saturday 10 February 2007,
- Sunday 25 February 2007,
- Saturday 10 March 2007,
- Saturday 24 March 2007.
