Revolution Stow Expert Rucsac £49.95
'REVOLUTION STOW EXPERT RUCSAC £49.95
‘This new rucsac from Edinburgh is the range topper of the Revolution Stow range, manufactured for Edinburgh Bicycle by German luggage masters Vaude. Massively equipped with all the features you’d expect from a high-end bag - lightweight ripstop fabric construction, CamelBak compatibility, helmet holder, LED light clip, large mesh side pockets, reflective piping and logos, and fluro yellow rain cover. More important than this is the excellent harness system which features thick padded straps and clic fix waist and chest straps all built into their Aeroflex frame. In simple terms this keeps the bag away from your back when riding. The frame is also easily and quickly adjustable depending on your size (back length), from small to extra large - although you'll probably only do this once. The other excellent feature is the side compression straps which do a great job of containing and holding the load in place even when you’ve unzipped the expansion zips which increases the capacity from 25 litres to 30. In use, the Stow Expert fits superbly and the area it occupies on your back feels like a much smaller sack. It also sits well and doesn’t slip even when worn off road. In all it’s the perfect commuter pack (with the raincover for adverse weather, and elastic helmet holder for when you arrive) and an excellent weekend pack. The value’s good too as Vaude’s equivalent sac, the Bike Alpin Air 25+5, retails at just under £10 more. Verdict: 9/10 Best Buy.’
