I'm 48, a bit overweight...
We enjoyed this piece our customer Paul Carter sent us about his preparation for a ride through France. Paul is planning to cycle from Calais to Nice to raise cash for The Prostate Cancer Charity. We think his advice is relevant to anyone building up for a big ride.

Highland Perthshire Cycling Festival Big Day - Saturday 12 May
The sun shone on this celebration of cycling last Saturday so this lad was grateful we brought along our bicycle-powered smoothie maker.
Graeme Obree gave a talk and was as funny and engaging as ever.
The first name out the hat to win a bicycle in our prize draw was Ms Crombie from Edinburgh. Congratulations.

Go Greener Together
This year people across Scotland are being encouraged to 'Go Greener Together' and to think about how and what they can do to make Scotland a cleaner, greener place. Whether at home, at work or in the community, we all need to consider how we - and the people we live and work with - could be greener, and how what we do can affect Scotland's environment now and in the future. Taking action now will help make Scotland cleaner and greener for all. You can get involved by taking action and by visiting www.greenerscotland.org for more information and advice.
