Winter Sale 2012/13: Terms and Conditions
- Sale starts at 10.00am Thursday 27th December and ends 6.00pm Sunday 13th January.
- Items are sold as seen but you will be notified if an item is not in original condition.
- Featured items are sold on a first come first served basis and while stocks last.
- Offer only applies to items in stock.
- While every effort is made to ensure that our website is accurate at all times, advertised stock levels are for guidance only and reflect the position over our entire business. It is recommended that you phone us (0845 257 0808) prior to visiting one of our stores if there is a specific product you are interested in.
- Whilst every effort is taken to ensure that our website reflects stock available, we cannot guarantee availability of any item ordered online. If we receive an order which includes an out of stock item then this item will be cancelled and the remaining items (if any) will be dispatched.
- You will only be charged for items dispatched. We will dispatch part orders unless requested not to.
- We cannot transfer stock between branches at weekends.
- Labour, Events or Gift Vouchers are not discounted during the promotion period.
- Free delivery service is available on any accessory or clothing order over £20 to any UK address (including islands and Northern Ireland). Free delivery service is available on any bicycle order to any UK mainland address. There is a £20 delivery charge to UK islands and Northern Ireland. Please allow up to ten working days for delivery of bicycles during the sale period, if the delay is longer than this we shall contact you.
- Bicycle Delivery: Our bicycle couriers do not return to work after the festive period until Thursday 3rd January, the first day for bicycle delivery will therefore be from Friday 4th January. You will be kept informed of the delivery date by email should you order online, or verbally if ordered instore or by telephone. Our collect-in-store service remains unaffected.
- Due to administrative costs, bicycles featured in the sale cannot be purchased through Cyclescheme.
